Each session is different, a living container based on your needs. Here is an idea of what you may experience:

• Energetic Counsel: What is true for you? We start by bringing clarity, awareness and curiosity.

• Medicine Cards: A reading to open up the channels of support and insight from the universe.

• Calling in Support: Gathering medicine from the directions/elements, guides to assist your intention for the session.

• Energy Work: Our session moves to a massage table where tapping, touch, gentle adjustments, and sound are used to call in deep rest and alchemy. Unseen "life force energy" flows through and around us, I become a channel for universal energy to assist you in realigning, recharging, clearing energy. I receive messages in the form of images, stories, and felt sense from our guides during this process to see what is needed, and how I may best be of service.

• Aromatherapy: I work closely with the wisdom of the plant people! Aromatic plants and flowers help to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. Burning of certain herbs such as sweet grass, cedar and mugwort may also be used to cleanse and purify.

• Sound Healing: Using tools such as Tibetan metal and crystal bowls, chimes, gong, etc. to assist in creating balance and alignment in all layers of your being. Sound Healing is a vibrational therapy is received as energy medicine.

• Crystal Healing Therapy: involves placing gemstones on the body to support intention.

• Grounding Down: We discuss messages from your session.

• A bottle of stone or flower essence: Receive an essence to use daily in support of your integration.

• Integration: You will receive a follow up email, your healing call to action, including practices and insights from your session.

Group/Couples Energy Healing

Looking for new healthy ways to spend time with loved ones? Enjoy a customized healing ceremony with friends, family or partner(s). 2-4 people receive 30 minute 1-1 sessions. Includes opening and closing rituals, tea and intention setting.

Of Note.

Currently I am seeing clients out my home, on a private floor in Oak Grove. If you are seeking a session in your own home, please check out my home healing ceremony.

It is best to plan a time where you have minimal responsibilities or duties to attend to before or after an energetic session.  Allow for time away from activating external stimuli such as electronics. 

Healing Reactions:  It is normal to sometimes experience flu-like symptoms as your body re-calibrates and detoxifies after an energetic session.  It is important to understand that difficult emotions and old energy in the body may surface, this is the way the body processes and heals.  If you have concerns or questions, feel free to reach out.

Rates.

Private: $111 for 1.5 hours

A custom blend of healing tools makes each session unique to specific individual needs.

2 People: $144 for 1.5 hours (two 1:1 sessions)

3 People: $188 for 2 hours (three 1:1 sessions)

4 people: $222 for 2.5 hours (four 1:1 sessions)
