Usui Mikao, founder of the Usui Reiki lineage, only offered distance sessions towards the end of his life because he found it easier to transmit energy without the presence of a phsyical body. These sessions are a combination of distance Reiki, intuitive energy work, breath-work and guided visualization. Sessions begin with energy/spiritual counseling, so we can set intention for our session.
